Co-Directors
Penny Henderson BA, MSc, is a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor and Fellow of BACP. After 27 years as a counsellor, trainer and supervisor she is presently focused on supervision, supervision training, writing, research and perpetual learning. She has long had interests in exam stress, adult learning, counselling in primary care, medical education and supervision, and has published books, chapters and articles on these topics.

Jim Holloway BA, DipIIP, DipH, is a BACP accredited therapist with over 15 years' experience of counselling including NHS primary care, local authority and corporate EAP referrals, and 6 years as an independent therapist running a full-time private practice, specialising in anger management for adults. In 2009 he was awarded the Diploma in Supervision by ASIIP and is currently supervising a wide diversity of practitioners at all stages of professional development.

Anthea Millar BA (Hons), MA, is a BACP accredited counsellor, and also supervisor, and counselling and supervision educator. She is a member of the ASIIP Training Institute, co-editor of its journal and author of a number of publications. As well as her work in the UK, she is co-chair of ICASSI, an annual international Adlerian conference, and is regularly invited to offer training in other parts of Europe, more recently in Greece, Latvia, Hungary and Israel.
